My practice is focused on estate planning and related matters, including Medicaid and disability planning, guardianship and conservatorship issues and estate settlement. My practice is sensitive to the needs of seniors. I am aware of the unique challenges families face when a loved one requires long term care or alternate housing arrangements. I am also a volunteer arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau of Arizona.
