Business Philosophy

As owner and designated broker of the Realty Center of Arizona, Bob has been providing client representation at the highest level to Arizonans and clients relocating to the Valley for more than 25 years. Recognized as an expert among his peers, Bob served on the contract revision committee of the Arizona Association of Realtors’ (www.aaronline.com). This committee revised the residential real estate contract. Bob is an avid consumer advocate and believes real estate commissions charged should be fair and reasonable. At the Realty Center of Arizona, fees are truly representative of the services required and performed for the client. Bob calls himself a discount broker with no discounts on his time or for his services.

A recipient of numerous awards from the Arizona Department of Real Estate for excellence in education, Bob is a highly respected instructor. For the past 25 years, he has served on the teaching staff of the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business, the largest and most respected real estate school in the Southwest. Prior to the real estate profession, Bob worked in education and restaurant management. As a government and social studies teacher, he learned how to patiently facilitate learning. In the restaurant business, he learned that excellent service results in satisfied customers who come back again and again. As a real estate professional, he continues to focus on individualizing service and patiently educating his clients so they can make informed decisions to meet their own goals.

Bob has more than 25 years experience in real estate in the Phoenix area and has a large network of real estate related professionals to help transactions close smoothly. As a metropolitan Phoenix resident since the middle 1950’s, he has extensive knowledge of the overall community as well as the state. He will assist you when weighing out your options.

In addition to being a charter member and Executive Director of the Arizona Jewish Business Alliance (www.azjba.com), Bob is an active member of Temple Emanuel of Tempe and has assumed leadership roles on local and regional committees, such as social action, membership, outreach, rabbi search, ritual and building committees. Bob, and his wife Joan, also serve as Ambassadors for Jewish Newish, a program established by The Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix to welcome newcomers to Arizona.
